Hi Friends!

I’m going to be offering my version of chair massage and energy resets at the show this month. It’s my first time participating at the show but when I’ve visited in the past it was great. So stop by for a little rest, a little connection and some grounding as I bring some of my Side Porch magic to Morgantown.

And for those who love inside information … I went to Twin Valley High School and my Mom used to work at this mall selling furniture. 💕🌷You can see both of us at the show!

I had a little “aha” moment today while getting ready for my upcoming expo in September.

The theme of the September show is Gilmore Girls and I was thinking about, "Where you lead, I will follow."

And I was thinking about my work and changed the words a little. lol!

✨ Where I gently lead, allow your senses to follow…
and let them guide you home to your truth, to your Self, to the wildflower you have always been ... the path has always been within you. ✨

So much of my work is about slowing down enough to listen.

Listening to the breath.
Listening to the body.
Listening to the quiet wisdom that has been there all along.
Our senses are our doorway back home.

What if the journey isn’t about becoming someone new…
It’s about remembering who you have always been? 🌸 And what if you would slow down, relax, and allow your body and senses to lead you home - to your Self?

Here I offer gentle guided sessions for women - including facial massage, bodywork and somatics.

New location, New name!

I am moving my office to my side porch in Berks County and I am so excited!

Women's Circles will continue to take place in Hershey on the third Thursday of each month and there will be a new location coming in Berks for a second Circle gathering each month.

All good things are happening!
