Before I would have edited the dimples in my thighs or find better angles that hid my belly. Now I love my body as it is. It’s taken a long time to accept myself as I am but it’s the happiest I’ve ever been. The confidence you find when you learn to love yourself is unmatched.

I no longer let others opinions of me decide how I feel about myself. I’m worthy of the same respect, love and freedom as someone who’s smaller and I’m no longer waiting for permission to receive it.

I dare you to go out in that outfit you’ve been putting off because of what others might think or say. DO IT FOR YOU 🩷

Dating when you’re healed is a different ball game. You learn to be you in your full essence and no longer ask for permission to shine. When I dated in the past it was all about molding myself to be perfect for THEM but I was fine just the way I was, I just needed to learn how to love myself.
