BACON WRAPPED PICKLES! Yummy!!!

If you love pickles and bacon like me, this keto snack I just discovered is SO good!!! And it helps alleviate those comfort food cravings, because to me, this is 100% comfort food and VERY low carb. I am posting the photos of how to make it….
Step one- use a grapefruit spoon to hollow out your favorite pickle. I love Claussen brand so that is what I used.

Step two- use your favorite cream cheese, I used Garlic and Herb whipped, which was easier than a log, if you use a log you will have to let it sit out to room temperature to be able to spread easily.

Step three- wrap the entire pickle with bacon

Step four- place in air fryer on 400 for about 10 minutes then flip and cook the back side of the bacon for another 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how done you prefer it to be.

Step five- let them cool off completely. This is my opinion but I took a bite when they were still pretty warm and I did not like it much. So I let them cool completely and SO much better.

Step six- enjoy as a great appetizer for a get together or keep them in your fridge and take out one a day to enjoy when you want a yummy comfort food that will keep you from eating sugar 💛
