extremities. Dr. LaurentinPerez trained at as a plastic and reconstructive surgeon at hospital Enrique Tornu, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and at the Argentine Catholic University, also located in Buenos Aires, specializing in Esthetic
Surgery. In addition, Dr. Laurentin-Perez completed a combined program of master/PhD in Physiology in 2007 with research in limb transplant, at the University
of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky. He completed a hand surgery fellowship at the world renowned ChristineM.Kleinert Institute for Hand and Micro Surgery, in Louisville, Kentucky in 2004. He is a professional member of the Florida Medical Association, and the Hillsborough County Medical Association. Dr. Laurentin-Perez has been practicing plastic surgery since 1999 and became fully devoted to hand and upper extremity in 2004 upon completing a fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery. In 2016, he opened our beloved private practice, Hand Care Specialists of Wesley Chapel, LLC. As
the owner, he can attest that the practice strives for function restoration of the hand and upper extremity. All conditions are treated with the most current techniques in hand surgery.
