This stunning fine line piece by ._.art is a great example of why clean lines are so important to tattooing and why the size of the tattoo matters. This tattoo is a great size with line weights that will hold up over time. We don’t tattoo for the instagram moment at Inkwell, we tattoo for longevity. We care about how your tattoo looks on the day of your appointment just as much as we do 10 years from now 🐙

What a day as a tattoo artist/ shop owner in Milwaukee, Wisconsin looks like 👀

From consultations to tattooing and chopping it up with customers, it's always a full and well rounded day at the shop I never know the topics we're going to talk about but I do know the conversation is going to be well had. The newer clients I work with are just as comfortable in conversation as regular clients I've been blessed to have 🙏🏾
Definitely appreciate this
job for the range of people I've been able to work with with, converse with, and learn from. The topics lately have been all over the place from serious to funny. It's a great way to check the temperature of the world right now. Useful insight to have when you're able to listen to a range of perspectives.

_.art designed this custom switchblade, cicada, and birth flower sprig for a really cool client that wanted this eye catching mix of black contrasting with the bright pops of purple and green.

Did you know that Cicadas can represent transformation and renewal? They’re a beautiful insect with such great meaning and make for great tattoos with all of their gorgeous detail.
