Starts Monday live online and runs for 3 weeks, Mon-Thur, 8:30am. Each day I will share a practice that helps the body and brain deal with stress.
Practices will come from a variety of my skills: Somatics, Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy, Vagus Nerve practices, etc.
