As the days grow shorter and the world starts to quiet, our bodies instinctively slow down.
This slower season invites us to honor our innate desire to turn inward and to remember the light that lives within us…even in the deepest dark.
On December 21, we’ll gather by firelight for Return of the Light:
a solstice ceremony of release, reflection, and renewal.
Together we’ll sip heart-opening cacao, move through a nourishing breathwork journey, receive sound healing, and share in ritual as we honor the turning of the light.
