Hi! I’m Rachel, the chief beauty RN behind Bloom. 🌸
I have been a hairstylist for 16 years. Beauty excites me because there’s nothing like helping a person feel at home in their own skin. Beauty doesn’t have to be over the top, it just has to enhance your uniqueness and personality and have you saying, “I feel like me.’ 🤩
Making people feel comfortable is essential for me! One of the most satisfying things is when someone says, “I’ve never had anyone take the time like this before,” or “I’ve never told anyone that before.” Connection and setting good expectations are paramount whether I’m giving tox, a haircut, or assisting in surgery at my other job. 💇♀️ 💉
I’m curious and like to learn. I carve out time to read, research, and stay on top of facial aesthetics and other interests like sailing, psychology, singing, art, music, and expanding my vocabulary (BIG word nerd)! 🤓
After a busy week I like to run up north to swim, fish, hike, and sit by a fire. Concerts are very much my thing and anyone who really knows me well, knows that playing in waves and being at the beach in Florida is just about my most favorite thing in the world. 🌊
