More words to ponder in your quiet moments throughout the coming weekend. Life is not one extreme or the other--despite what it may feel or look like in the world. There are many in between moments of good and bad, worn out and excited, focused and completely off the rails. You are complex and deserve some space to observe and process all the parts and pieces of your life and experience. Try not to minimize, shame or hide any part while celebrating and sharing exaggerated, photoshopped images you think others will like and approve. Be YOU!
