Is your yard work or golf game catching up to your elbows? 🌲🏌️♀️
It is prime outdoor season here in Wisconsin, which means our community is busy out on the golf courses and working hard in the gardens. But all that gripping, lifting, and clipping can lead to a sneaky condition called Medial Epicondylitis—better known as Golfer’s Elbow.
You don't actually have to play golf to get it! Anyone doing repetitive gripping (like pulling weeds, using hand tools, or holding a club) can overwork the inner forearm muscles. When these muscles get tight, they pull hard on the tendon attached to your inner elbow, causing a dull, constant ache.
For this , I wanted to show you how we unwind that tension using Assisted Stretching.
By manually keeping the arm straight and extending the wrist and fingers fully, we pull the tension completely out of the forearm. It provides immediate relief that is incredibly hard to achieve on your own with a basic wall stretch.
If your forearms are feeling tight or your elbow is clicking and aching after a day in the yard, let's get it fixed before it sidelines your summer.
