This looks like it could be a very meaningful conversation about motherhood! We could be doing so much better in the USA!

👩‍👧‍👦💬 What makes raising a family in America so difficult—and what could Chester County do differently?

That conversation is coming to West Chester on Sept. 16, when The Fund for Women and Girls presents No Country for Mothers at Uptown! Knauer Performing Arts Center.

The free community event will feature curated excerpts from a new Moms First documentary examining motherhood, caregiving and the economic pressures facing American families. Attendees will then take part in an interactive discussion connecting those national issues to life here in Chester County. 🎬🏡

Topics will include child care, economic stability, paid family leave, caregiving, workplace pressures and cultural expectations surrounding motherhood. Local organizations serving mothers and families will also provide information and resources.
