Alto Pharmacy is now FuzeRx, the pharmacy of Fuze Health.

Here’s what patients need to know:
🔐 Unless instructed otherwise, you can continue using your existing Alto login. You do not need to create a new account.

📲 If automatic updates are enabled, the Alto app will update to FuzeRx automatically. Otherwise, you may be prompted to update the app before continuing.

📦 Your medications, pricing and insurance coverage, care team, pharmacy services and delivery options remain the same.

💚 You’ll begin seeing the FuzeRx name in the app, on prescription labels and across pharmacy communications. You may also see the Fuze Health name as part of your experience.

If you’re in the middle of a fertility treatment cycle on October 1, there is no change to your treatment plan, medication timeline or pharmacy support.

As Alto becomes FuzeRx, you can continue to count on fertility-trained pharmacists, personalized guidance and affordability support, reliable access to your medications, the same delivery options, and the same insurance plans and payment methods. Partnerships with Carrot, Progyny, Maven and Optum will also remain the same.

For Ashley Rodón, supporting families going through infertility is deeply personal.

After experiencing pregnancy loss, she and her husband Carlos were left searching for answers and holding onto hope wherever they could find it. That hope eventually led them to their daughter, Willow, and inspired something bigger.

Through the Carlos Rodón Foundation and the Willow Grant, Ashley and her family are helping more people access fertility care and take the next step forward toward family building.

In honor of National Infertility Awareness Week, we’re highlighting Ashley and the impact of our ongoing partnership with the Carlos Rodón Foundation—working together to help expand access to fertility medications, ease financial stress, and support more families along the way.

We’re incredibly grateful to partner with them, and to support the meaningful work they’re doing. It’s because of people like Ashley and Carlos—who have turned their own experience into support for others—that fewer families have to face this on their own.
