100 Kegels a day for SI joint pain?! 😳

Listen, I’m not anti-Kegel… but there’s so much more we can do for a pregnant body than hand out a Kegel quota. 😂

Maybe send her to a pelvic floor PT instead. 💙

I LOVE WHAT I DO!
these are the texts that make my day!

A husband of a first time Mom shared this text with me this morning.
It’s such an honor to share my knowledge with clients that are expecting and help empower them for their birth experience.

🚶‍♀️✨ Come take a walk with me this Saturday morning!

DM me if you’re interested in joining!

I’m so excited to be the featured provider for a super casual Walk with the Provider brought to you by Deep Rooted Chiropractic — and truly, there’s no agenda. 💛

Bring your baby, bring your stroller, bring a friend… or just come as you are.

We’ll walk, chat, connect with other women, and you can ask me anything pelvic floor — pregnancy, postpartum recovery, leaking, core strength, pain, birth prep, mom-life or even the questions you’ve been too embarrassed to ask in an appointment.

Or don’t ask me anything at all. 😂
Just come walk and meet some other women in the community!
