I’m healthy. I feel great. I just came from the gym. 💪🏾 But I still check my blood pressure. 🩺

Today: 119/69 mmHg ✅

I don’t have hypertension. I don’t take blood pressure medication, and I don’t have any known comorbidities.

So why am I checking?
