This weekend, members of our team participated in the Great Strides 5K to support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, helping raise both funds and awareness for those affected. This cause is especially meaningful to our team, and we were proud to walk in honor of Jennifer’s son, Riley. Go team Monkeycheese!! 💙👟

We are excited to support two of our previous patients, Kaden and Carson who have been blessed by this foundation. All proceeds go directly to the JT Foundation.

We are excited to share that 5 of our therapists are now certified in the Barbell Rehab Method (BRM)! Continuing education is important to us to stay current with the latest evidence-based practices in order to continue to improve patient outcomes.

Incorporating weighted lifting into physical therapy for adult and geriatric patients is essential for improving functional strength. Evidence-based practice strongly supports the use of progressive resistance training in older adults, showing improvements in muscle strength, power, balance, and mobility, as well as reductions in fall risk.

We believe rehab doesn’t stop at pain relief—it should prepare you for real life. Whether that’s getting back to the gym, your sport, or just feeling stronger, we are committed to empowering our patients to be their BEST!
