My name is Johnny, and I’m a certified personal trainer and licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping people live healthier, more sustainable lives. My approach focuses on creating lasting change by improving one habit at a time, emphasizing progress over extreme measures. I believe our bodies are the one thing we have the most control over. We decide what we put into them and how we t

reat them, and no one can take that away from us. With this in mind, it’s essential to live intentionally and prioritize our health, as we only get one life to do so. I’ve experienced firsthand how life’s twists and turns can impact your weight and health, especially when it becomes difficult to stay active in today’s world, where sedentary lifestyles are so common. Life changes can make it harder to find time and motivation to move, but I know from experience that even small steps can lead to big improvements in both physical and mental well-being. My journey with exercise began in the Marine Corps, where I learned the importance of physical activity, and I quickly realized the profound impact it had on my health. Along the way, I discovered the healing benefits of massage therapy, which complements a healthy lifestyle. Now, I’m passionate about helping others reach their goals through a combination of fitness training, strength building, and therapeutic massage, guiding them toward a more balanced and healthier life.

This is therapeutic massage, not just going through a full-body routine.

The goal here isn’t to just apply pressure—it’s to help your nervous system slow down so those areas that stay tense all day can actually relax.

When you’re constantly on—stress, screens, training, driving—the neck tends to stay in that tight, guarded state.

Slowing things down like this gives your body a chance to come out of that.

That’s when you usually notice:

• Less constant neck tension
• Easier movement
• A deeper, longer-lasting sense of relief

A lot of people don’t realize how much tightness builds up in the chest… until it starts pulling the shoulders forward and creating that constant tension in the neck and upper back.

This is a pin & stretch technique I use to help loosen up those areas that get stuck in a shortened position—especially if you’re at a desk a lot, driving, or working out without balancing things out.

It’s not just about “feeling tight”… it’s about things not moving as well as they should.

When we open this up, you’ll usually notice:

• Less tension in the neck/shoulders

• More freedom when lifting or reaching

This is my space.

When it comes to therapeutic massage, the environment plays a bigger role than most people realize. How your body and nervous system respond isn’t just about the techniques—it’s also about being able to settle into the session. That’s why I make sure you have control over things like:

• Music (listen to whatever you want) and volume
• Talking if you want, or quiet if that feels better
• Table warmer on or off

This helps you create the conditions that work best for you to feel comfortable and at ease.

I am not a spa, though I do use some Swedish techniques, like effleurage and gentle strokes, to help warm up tissues and encourage circulation. My goal isn’t a “spa/Swedish massage”—it’s about helping your body respond effectively so we can address tension, improve movement, and get the results you’re looking for.

Every session is focused on creating the right conditions for your body—calm, attentive, safe, and effective. This space isn’t about silence or perfection; it’s about giving your body what it needs to respond and recover.
