Muay Thai Punching Stance for Beginners: feet shoulder width apart and pointed forward. If your feet are closer to each other, you will lose balance easily when punching or moving. Don't forget to bend your knees.
Jab: straight Front hand punch. Cross: straight rear hand punch. When executing the punch, you start with turning toes, hips and shoulder at the same time and then hit the target. When pivoting lift the heel of your rear foot and press the ball of your foot in the ground while pivoting. The power of your punch should come from pivoting your body.
