I don’t want this page to only be a place where I tell you what I offer ✨🌀💗🪞

Massage.
Reiki.
Bodywork.
A workshop.

If you ever walk through my door, I want you to know a little about the person you’re walking into the room with.

I’ve always been extremely empathic 🧿 and the person who steps in 🌀

I’m not good at watching somebody struggle. My first instinct is okay, what can we do? How can I help? Or I jump in and figure it out in the middle ✨

That’s a big part of why I call myself a healer.

Not because I have some magic power.
Not because I can pull cards and tell you your future.
And definitely not because I think I can fix you.

That is not what I do.

I call myself a healer because I know how to hold space for people, very well.

I can sit with you when you don’t even know what you’re feeling yet.

I don’t judge it.
I don’t tell you what to do.
You don’t need to explain everything perfectly.

We can just start where you are🫶

I’ve worked with enough people by now to watch somebody walk in carrying one thing and walk out feeling different.

Lighter.
Softer.
More in their body.
Sometimes just able to fu***ng breathe again.

That’s the part I LOOOOVE! 🌞

I LOVE watching people do something they love. Create their art, build something, find their thing.

I’m that person who’s like GOOD FOR YOU. Do your thing!!

Watching you light up reminds something in me to light up too.

That’s how I work with people.

When you walk out lighter, that does something beautiful for me too.

It’s mutual.

Maybe you need massage. Maybe Reiki. Maybe to talk, be silent, cry or laugh.

That’s okay.

Not everybody will understand what I do.
Not everybody needs to, no pressure ever ✨

But I know what happens in my room.

The people who come through my door don’t ask me to prove it.

They feel it.

Maybe that’s how the right people keep finding me.

s**t.
I think she gets it.
I think I can be myself there.

You can.

I don’t fix you.
I don’t fix your life.

But I’m pretty fu***ng good at holding the space while you find your way back to yourself.

And if you’ve ever wondered what exactly I do around here… well, a little bit of everything in between 😅

Body work. Energy work. Gatherings. Pictures. And probably more things will find their way in here as I keep creating.

I never really wanted Harmony of Light to be just one thing. Everything I do looks a little different, but somehow it all comes back to the same place - connection.

Connection to your body, to yourself, to other people, to a moment you want to remember.
