There’s always one book I came here to read… only about a quarter in but call me humbled. I once cracked that none of the Buddhists I’ve met ever seemed very joyful. This book is changing my mind. Consider changing your mind today loves. It’s a good skill to have ❤️❤️❤️. Class at 11 eastern.

Recovery, like performance, begins and ends in the nervous system.

I don’t care what you eat, how many extra minutes you do, or how much you sleep…

If you think shame and rage are your only fuel, if you are locked in a state of stress and worry…

You will not get the best out of yourself.

Every national champion, world champion, and Olympic champion I’ve ever worked with can be rattled by doubts and memories and fear.

Their off the field stuff interferes with how they relate and receive information on the field.

Learning how to ground yourself, how to manage that noise, is one the most potent skills any of us have 🙏🏽❤️.
