🎉 Celebrating 5 Years of Caring for Our Community 🎉

Five years ago, Susan opened the doors to a small two-room clinic with a big dream: to provide accessible, affordable, compassionate healthcare for our community.

Two years later, her son Jamie joined that vision, helping grow what began as a dream into something even greater.

This week, as we celebrate our fifth anniversary, and our third year in our current location - we are humbled and grateful for every patient who has trusted us along the way.🩵

From the beginning, our mission has never been just about healthcare.

It’s been about people.

It’s been about building relationships, earning trust, and creating a place where patients feel seen, heard, and cared for.

From our point of view, healthcare shouldn’t be intimidating and choosing a provider shouldn’t be scary.

It should be an opportunity to build trust and for us, an opportunity to earn it.

To our patients, families, staff, and community: Thank you for allowing us to be part of your lives.

In observance of Memorial Day, our clinic will be closing today at 3:30 PM and will remain closed tomorrow as we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

We are deeply grateful for their courage, dedication, and sacrifice.

In honor of the holiday, we will be closing at noon on Sunday to allow our team time to celebrate with their loved ones. We’ll resume normal operations on Monday.
