A Vipassana practitioner, she emphasizes the importance and countless benefits of the connection with the breath through teaching Yoga, Mediation, and Pranayama. Essentially every Reiki session with her starts and ends with therapeutic Breath Work techniques or elements of Yogic Breathing. Ksenia uses an intuitive integrative approach in her healing sessions and employs skill in many modalities to help her clients achieve physical, emotional, and spiritual balance on the journey to their higher potential. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique used for energy balancing, stress reduction, and relaxation. Along with Chakra balancing, Breath work, meditation, and sound healing are important components of Moon Yogi's energy healing sessions. Each treatment is followed by 10-15 min of integration. REIKI CLASSES
Reiki 1, 2, and Master Teacher Level Classes. You can take levels 1 & 2 separately or together in one intensive class. Students receive printed materials, attunements and a certificate of completion. The classes are a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration, and practice time.
