A little personal update from Sarah ๐Ÿค

I wanted to share that Iโ€™ll be stepping away from Westhaven for a few weeks while I undergo an unplanned surgery and take the time I need to recover.

If you know me, you know slowing down isnโ€™t exactly my strong suit. ๐Ÿ˜‚ But for a little while, Iโ€™m going to be taking my own advice and giving my body the time and rest it needs.

Iโ€™m incredibly grateful for our amazing Westhaven team, who will be keeping everything running beautifully while Iโ€™m away, and for all of you who continue to trust us and support this little dream that has grown into so much more than I ever imagined.

Iโ€™ll be back before you know it โ€” rested, recovered and very ready to see all of your faces again. ๐Ÿค

In the meantime, Westhaven is open, our team is here for you, and youโ€™ll still be very well taken care of.

Many treatments focus on what is visible first, like lines, folds, or texture. While injectables and surface-level resurfacing can help, they do not address the deeper changes in structure. Like so many of you, we are just so sad and crushed by the news of Dolly Partonโ€™s passing.

Dolly was so much more than an icon. She represented so much of what we love about these mountains โ€” kindness, generosity, authenticity, faith, humor, hard work, and never forgetting where you came from.

She made people feel good. She made people laugh. She gave generously. She dreamed big. And through it all, she remained unapologetically, wonderfully herself with always the glam and sparkle.

For those of us who call Appalachia home, it feels like we lost a little piece of home today.

What an extraordinary life. What an extraordinary legacy. And what a gift she was to all of us.

Our hearts are with her family, loved ones, and the millions of people who loved her.

Rest easy, Dolly. The mountains wonโ€™t be quite the same without you. ๐Ÿค
