For 24 years, doctors told me I was depressed. Then bipolar. Then it was all in my head.

I went to the Mayo Clinic, the University of Washington, 19 years of specialists, and nobody could give me a real answer.

In 2016, I was existing. Not living. Falling through the door into bed after work, limping, unable to grocery shop, and losing friends because I was always sick.

Then my naturopath said something that changed my life: "You need a hyperbaric chamber for home."

I didn't have much money left. đŸ’ČI was desperate. But I trusted her.

It took approximentally 53 HBOT sessions before I felt a real shift. Two years of 5 days a week. Ear tubes. Setbacks. But I kept going.

Today I hike mountains, dig in my garden, do yoga 3 days a week, and I don't cancel on plans anymore.

I'm not saying the hyperbaric chamber did all of this. But if there is one tool that helped me the most, it's this one.
