I invite you to join me for a full-day Breathwork Metamorphosis and Transformative Art Process held in my private sanctuary in West Linn.

Shadow work is lifelong work, much of it living beneath the surface in the unconscious. Breathwork helps us access those deeper layers and experience exactly what the soul is ready to uncover, release, and heal.

In times that feel uncertain and chaotic, this is an invitation to turn inward, quiet the external noise, and reconnect with your inner truth. My sanctuary is a loving space where you are supported in releasing, receiving, and reclaiming your inner peace.

Together, we will breathe, create, and integrate. Following the breathwork journey, we will move into a transformative art process where you’ll express your experience onto paper in a deeply personal and grounding way.

This immersive full-day workshop offers the time and space to fully journey inward while gently integrating the experience back into everyday life.
