OUR NEW SYSTEM IS HERE! ✨

We’ve already begun implementing our new system at Hudson Valley H**p Co., and the transition will be fully completed by October 1.

As we make the switch, we want to make sure you have a chance to use any rewards you earned through our previous loyalty program.

💚 USE YOUR EXISTING REWARDS BEFORE OCTOBER 1

As a thank-you for your continued loyalty, we’ve given every customer a $5 credit in our new system — even if you hadn’t accumulated enough points to earn a reward previously.

If you had accumulated more than $5 worth of rewards under our previous loyalty program, please be sure to use those additional rewards before October 1.

After October 1, the previous loyalty system will be fully retired, and any remaining rewards above the $5 credit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred.

So if you’ve been saving those points, now is the time to use them! 🛍️🌿

As you may know, we’re currently transitioning to a new system here at Hudson Valley H**p! With any big change, there are always a few little kinks to work out along the way—and we’re busy behind the scenes making sure everything transfers over smoothly.

For the time being, we are temporarily pausing the sale of new gift cards while we complete the transition.

But don’t worry! 💚 If you already have a Hudson Valley H**p gift card, it is STILL VALID. Your gift card isn’t going anywhere! We are actively working to make sure all existing gift cards and balances are properly entered into our new system and ready for you to use.

We appreciate your patience while we get everything settled. Our goal is to make this transition as seamless as possible for our customers—and hopefully even better once everything is up and running!
