āœØ Only 2 Weeks Away āœØ

Our Fully Alive in Our Feminine: Breathwork & Kundalini Activation Experience is just 2 weeks away on July 11 from 1-5pm, and we have only 3 spots remaining!

If youā€™ve been feeling the pull to reconnect with yourself, release whatā€™s been weighing you down, and awaken the powerful feminine energy that already lives within you, this is your invitation.

Through guided Breathwork and Kundalini Activation, youā€™ll be held in a safe, supportive space to soften, surrender, and allow your body to release stress, emotions, and limiting patternsā€”creating space for more joy, confidence, intuition, and inner peace.

This isnā€™t about becoming someone new. Itā€™s about remembering who youā€™ve always been beneath the conditioning, fear, and expectations.

šŸŒŸ Only 3 spots left.

šŸŒŠ Doing Breathwork on the beach this morning was such a special experience. As Dori guided me into the breathing technique, I could feel the warmth of the sun on my body and hear the rhythm of the waves crashing beside me. Slowly, my nervous system began to calm and my breath naturally synced with the ocean.

My thumb, which has been in pain again for the past several months, started to ache more intensely. But I trusted my body and allowed it to do what it needed to do during the session. Soon I felt twitching in my chin and thumb, energy moving through my lower legs, and trembling in my arms.

Then a song about trust and love opened something in my heart. I felt fear and heaviness rise from my belly, and I let it move through me. Tears came, followed by the overwhelming feeling of my mom being with me ā€” hugging me, comforting me, and reminding me that she is always there. Iā€™m especially thankful for this considering itā€™s Motherā€™s Day weekend šŸ’•

As the music softened, I was able to slow my breathing and bring my body back into a deep state of relaxation after the release. I am so grateful for the wisdom of the body and its ability to let go of energy and emotion when it finally feels safe enough.

ā˜€ļø Starting my day this way helped me reconnect to my heart center and tap into my feminine energy.

If you feel called to experience a session like this, or if you are holding onto stuck emotions such as grief, stress, frustration, or fear, feel free to reach out to me or . These holistic somatic practices can be such a powerful way to support the nervous system and help us navigate the stresses of life.

I always love Oliviaā€™s yoga classes. This morning I came in with tightness in the right side of my neck after a chiropractic adjustment, but as I moved through class, I realized I was holding tension through my entire right side.

Something deeper came through for meā€¦ i realized that the right side is connected to my masculine energy. The part of me thatā€™s always felt like I had to do everything for everyone and work so hard my whole life. My body was asking me to soften, receive, and tap more into my feminine energy.

My right hip has always been tight, and moments like this remind me how much our bodies communicate with us when we slow down enough to listen. One of the things I love most about yoga is how, over the years, it has taught me to truly hear what my body is trying to say. šŸ’«

šŸ§˜šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø We will be having yoga with Olivia on Thursdays at 8:30am at Carabella Spa. Her classes are $20. You can just show up or direct message her at

Join us for a womenā€™s retreat on Sunday, May 24th from 1:30ā€“6:30pm, an intentional space designed to nourish your body, calm your nervous system, and reconnect you to your inner rhythm.

Weā€™ll move through a gentle yoga flow to release tension and invite ease, followed by guided meditation and breathwork to ground and center. Youā€™ll be led through face yoga, fascia release, and lymphatic techniques to support detoxification, circulation, and a natural glow from within.

Throughout the experience, youā€™ll receive hands-on adjustments, massage, and bio-energy work to deepen relaxation and restore balance on a physical and energetic level.

Weā€™ll also create space for gentle journaling and self-reflection, weaving in present-moment awareness and light, heart-opening gratitude practices to help you reconnect inward and leave feeling clear, grounded, and uplifted.

Weā€™ll also pause for a nourishing food break, featuring healthy, organic, nutrient-dense snacks and foods to support and replenish your body.

This is your time to slow down, be held, and refill your cup in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Limited to just 8 women to keep the experience intimate and deeply personalized.

Investment: $222 but for the 1st four women to sign up it will only be $180!

Doing this every day has calmed my nervous system, raised my vibration and brought in so many amazing opportunitiesā€¦ but doing this practice out in nature made it feel even more powerful.
