✨ Every patient’s anatomy and goals are different. The best thighplasty technique depends on skin elasticity, amount of excess tissue, and desired results.

Acne isn’t one-size-fits-all ✨

Hormonal acne and bacterial acne may look similar, but they have very different causes — which means they often require different treatments too.

🌙 Hormonal acne is usually deeper, more painful, and commonly appears around the chin and jawline due to hormone fluctuations, stress, or cycles.

🦠 Bacterial acne is often caused by excess oil, clogged pores, and acne-causing bacteria, leading to whiteheads, blackheads, and surface-level breakouts.

Treating the wrong type of acne can sometimes make things worse, which is why understanding the root cause is so important. Clear skin starts with the right approach, consistency, and treatments tailored to YOUR skin ✨

🩺🩸 Worried about getting your period during surgery?

You’re not alone — and in most cases, it’s completely okay.

Many patients are surprised to learn that being on your menstrual cycle usually does NOT mean your procedure has to be canceled. Your surgical team is experienced in handling this and will help keep you as comfortable as possible throughout the process. 💕

Hormonal changes during your cycle may cause a little extra swelling, bloating, tenderness, or emotional sensitivity, but communication with your provider is key. Always let your team know ahead of time so they can give you the best pre-op and post-op guidance.

It’s also normal for surgery stress, anesthesia, or medications to temporarily affect your next cycle afterward.

Every patient and procedure is different, so always follow your surgeon’s recommendations first. ✨
