Another beautiful hydration session with one of my sweetest clients. 💙✨

Today was all about rest, relaxation, and giving her body exactly what it needed. While receiving her IV hydration, she enjoyed a cozy heated blanket, aromatherapy, soothing music, and even a relaxing foot massage. 🦶🏻💆🏻‍♀️

We also took time to review her supplements and talk about simple ways to support her health and wellness goals. These moments are my favorite caring for the whole person, not just providing an IV.

🌿📖 What a beautiful afternoon spent slowing down, connecting, and growing together.

Our book club discussion on The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry was exactly the reminder many of us needed—that life isn’t meant to be lived in a constant rush. Between the meaningful conversations, shared snacks, laughter, and fellowship, my heart left feeling full. 💛

Straight off the plane and straight into recovery mode ✈️💧

Today we focused on hydration energy immunity and recovery with an IV packed with all natural vitamins minerals and fluids to help him feel his best after traveling. We also did his antioxidant scan to get a better look at where his body is at and started him on daily supplementation to support his wellness in between IV sessions because true health is what you do consistently 👏🏼
