Your backyard might be growing more than just fruit… it could be growing nutrition that helps support your body through perimenopause. 🌿🍓🍊
Every colorful fruit brings something different to the table:
🍓 Berries → Rich in antioxidants and fiber to help reduce inflammation and support blood sugar.
🍊 Citrus → Packed with vitamin C to support collagen production, immune health, and iron absorption.
🥭 Mangoes → Provide vitamin A and vitamin C for healthy skin and immune function.
🥑 Avocados → Loaded with healthy fats, potassium, and fiber to support heart health, hormone production, and satiety.
🥝 Kiwi → High in vitamin C and fiber, which may support digestion and healthy sleep.
🍌 Bananas → A good source of potassium and vitamin B6 to support muscle function and energy.
During perimenopause, your body benefits from nutrient-dense foods that help support:
✨ Hormone health
✨ Bone health
✨ Heart health
✨ Blood sugar balance
✨ Energy
✨ Healthy aging
You don’t need expensive “superfoods” or supplements. Sometimes the best nutrition is growing right outside your back door.
Which fruit would you pick first? Tell me in the comments!

This breakfast is packed with protein and fiber to help to keep you full and balance that blood sugar.
Throw in a pan whatever vegetables you have on hand. I did mushrooms and a handful of spinach.
Add to a bowl 2 eggs, 1/2c cottage cheese
Salt, pepper, chili crunch( any spices you like)
I added a 1/4c kimchi
1 Tablespoon ground flax
Added cheddar cheese and goat cheese to it( measure with your heart)❤️
Enjoy!

Are you a woman in perimenopause or menopause? If you’re dealing with stubborn weight gain, cravings, or low energy…
this might be the missing piece.

It’s not another workout.
It’s what you do after you eat.

Just a 10-minute walk after meals can:
• Lower blood sugar spikes
• Reduce cravings later
• Support fat loss (especially around the belly)

This is one of the simplest things I recommend to my clients in perimenopause.

No extremes. Just consistency.
