"What a complete honor it was to have had the incomparable Robert Thurman in our midst.

While we at Eudemonia are saddened to learn of his passing, we are deeply humbled to have had this giant walk amongst us last fall. His wit, sense of humor, and multi-dimensional understanding of Tibetan Buddhism made him unlike anyone who had—or likely ever will—grace our stages. There's simply no one else like Tenzin Bob.

While we rarely give a glimpse behind the curtain into what special surprises we are concocting for an upcoming summit, it feels tender and meaningful to share that we were in contact with his team to bring him back this year, not just to teach, to practice and to be the jovial merrymaker on campus... but because we'd wanted to bestow a first-annual Eudemonia "life well lived" award to his many lifelong accolades. It felt only fitting that Bob would be the first to wear this mantle.

Tenzin Bob encapsulated that rare mix of brilliance, wide-ranging success, and a spark of reverent irreverence that make up a life that is, at its core, supremely well lived

The Eudēmonia team loves to dance. Why? Well, it's fun. But the science says it also:

→ Lowers dementia risk 76% in those who dance more than once a week
→ Grows the hippocampus—the part of your brain that handles memory
→ Improves balance and coordination better than endurance training alone
→ Strengthens bone density, including in older adults
→ Builds social connection, which is independently linked to longer life

It works because dancing requires your brain to perform five tasks at once: match rhythm, track your steps, navigate space, respond to music, and stay present with those around you.

Let's dance, Nov 5-8, 2026 West Palm Beach.

"I hate making new friends," said no one ever.

Somewhere along the way, the health journey became a solo one.

The podcasts. The protocols. The tracking. All of it optimized, refined, and done largely alone.

The stack was never designed for a room full of people.

This is.

The solo approach has a ceiling.

Join us. Eudēmonia. November 5–8. West Palm Beach.

Dr. Tommy Wood is a neuroscientist, elite-level professional nerd, and performance consultant to world-class athletes, including multiple F1 drivers.

He answered every question you've had about omega fatty acids in last Saturday’s issue.

You can ask Dr. Tommy Wood your questions IRL this fall. He will be joined by dozens of other experts at the third annual Eudēmonia Summit, November 5–8, in West Palm Beach.

Baya Voce is joining us again this year at Eudēmonia Summit. Baya is a relationship repair expert helping couples come back together after conflict.

She holds an MSW from Columbia University, is in ongoing supervision with Esther Perel, and collaborates with Columbia University, MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies), and Rick Doblin on pioneering research into MDMA-assisted couples therapy.

She regularly speaks at SXSW, and with over 5 million views, her TEDx talk on loneliness highlights the often-overlooked impact of relational disconnection.

Somewhere between the podcast you trust and the supplement your friend swears by, the truth got complicated.

Morgan McSweeney, PhD—known to 4.5 million followers as .noc—decided that wasn't good enough. He is a pharmaceutical scientist and immunologist who has spent the last five years doing something most researchers won't: showing up where the misinformation lives and answering it with evidence.

Cutting through the noise is one of the reasons Eudēmonia exists. It’s also what Dr. Noc has built his life's work around. That’s why he's coming to West Palm Beach.

He talks to people who want real answers and may not feel sure who to trust anymore.

That’s exactly who walks through our doors.

Join him IRL, November 5–8, 2026.

If you take supplements, it would be surprising if fish oil wasn’t among them. It’s one of the few that most doctors agree on, because it supports heart health, brain function, and reduces overall inflammation. It checks many boxes.

But just taking fish oil doesn't mean you're getting enough. And “enough” is actually measurable.

Last Saturday in our newsletter we went deep on omega fatty acids—and the difference researchers keep coming back to is fish.

In this mainstage keynote, Robin Berzin MD—functional medicine physician and founder and CEO of Parsley Health—presents her nine-step protocol for female longevity. Since Eudēmonia Summit 2025, Parsley Health has become the first functional medicine provider accepted in-network by major insurers nationwide.

The talk moves between clinical data, personal experience, and specific actionable steps most women have never been given by their doctors.
