I am a Soda Addict!! Starting today (well on Saturday) I will be limiting my soda consumption from about three 32 oz sodas a day to little or nothing at all. I am determined to kick this habit as it is a killer on my bank account as well as my health. I want to be able to keep up with my kids as they are my everything as well as looking and feeling good inside and out. If you want to join me comment and we can do this together!!

Today I conquered the impossible fir myself, I got my lazy butt out of bed and went running/walking. I went for about 15 minutes. I then made myself a fruit smoothie for breakfast and I am feeling good!
