Happy Thursday friends. Boy...I am grateful especially today. Not many of you know about my health issues because I keep it off my social media but today I am ready to share and move forward. Recently, I have come to realize that it's ok if people know and it's ok to face challenges due to your disabilities. There is no need to be embarrassed. We just have to learn to adapt and adjust the way we do things. For me, it's my 👀 and I have lost alot of my peripheral vision to the point I no longer drive. I have glaucoma and was diagnosed in my early forties. So at 49, I have probably the eyes of an 80 year old. I am grateful that this last year my glaucoma seems to be under control with no further progression. Yay!! So, I want to give myself grace when I cant always see the fine details or glue webs. Lol.
