Fall is proof that change is beautiful 🍁🍂

I’m definitely an autumn person!
I describe it as a season of “transition” that smoothly prepares us for what is coming ❄️
Leaves change from green to gold to orange to brown to gone; a whole process to remind us of how important it is to appreciate what we have before it's gone.

Ends are, in some ways, spectacular beginnings.

Autumn activity that can be adapted depending your child’s developmental stage! 🍁

You will need:
🍂cardboard
🍂paint
🍂 leaves
💡real ones could be use too, and you can expand the activity going on a leaves hunt!
🍂 Velcro (recommended) if you don’t happen to find, you can use tape
🍂 birds , animals or anything else that you would like to add!

🍁 vocabulary
🍁 eye-hand coordination
🍁 counting
🍁 sorting

Remember the contrast prints that I made for her?
I introduced them on week #2 and every week I changed the image. All of them captured her attention and help develop her visual development.
TIP:
I also regularly change the diaper change mat the other way around to promote her head turning both sides.

Happy to introduce “Isabel” she is the newest member of our team.
I’ve been away, enjoying, coping, adjusting to my new life “as a mom” and taking in every second of my baby’s first months!
Now, I’m excited to be back and share with all of you, ideas, tips and information to nurture your baby, foster his/her development and promote a healthy and loving bond through baby massage & play!

SENSORY HOOP:
One of my favourite
A hula hoop covered with multi-sensorial materials that will keep your baby busy and entertained while promoting his/her development.

Encourages:
•Fine and gross motor skills
•Eye-hand coordination
•Sensory exploration
•Works GREAT for Tummy time engagement!

MATERIALS:
- Hula hoop (try to find one big enough for your baby to fit inside)
- Diversity of sensory materials that you might have at home (sponges, cloths, ribbons, silk scarves, sensory balls ...)

⚠️Be mindful of chocking hazards and toxic substances while choosing the materials.
