Fitness Meets Wellness Program: Get Your Summer On!
Happy Spring, Everyone!
Summer is just around the corner, and I have an exciting new 6-week program designed to help you move into the season feeling your best.
What does "Get Your Summer On" mean? More strength and energy for summer activities, leaner arms and core, and the vitality to enjoy everything the season has to offer.
Program Overview
Each of the 6 sessions is designed around a specific goal covering arms, core, cardio conditioning, and mind-body connection. Every session also comes with at-home tips so you can keep the momentum going between classes.
Weekly Schedule
Week 1: Tone & Strengthen Arms
Week 2 : Cardio & Core
Week 3 : Lengthen & Release, Pilates-inspired exercises for lean muscles and rhythmic movement
Week 4 : Arms, Chest & Back with weights and bands
Week 5 : All Core on the Floor
Week 6 : Core 64, cardio and core work to build strength, burn calories, and improve cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and stability
Program Details
Start Date: Tuesday, April 14th
End Date: Tuesday, May 19th
Class Length: 45 minutes
Start Time: Each class starts at 6:15pm
Cost: $149 for all 6 weeks
