📆 This Saturday, June 6th at 11:30 AM, .boxing.club is inviting the girls to bring a dad, uncle, grandfather, brother, or favorite male figure to join them in class as we celebrate Father’s Day and the amazing men who support our GIRLs✨

🎀 In case you’re new to GIRL Boxing Club…
They are a nonprofit dedicated to empowering girls ages 3-16 through monthly, free boxing classes that foster confidence, strength, and female friendships 💖

Trybe hosts GIRL Boxing Club on the first Saturday of each month at 11:30 AM. These classes are always free, non-contact, and designed for all skill levels. No registration or equipment required! See you Saturday 😎

Say hi 👋 to our newest strength coach, Amanda! 🤩

Look familiar? As a Trybe OG, Amanda has been setting the tone since day one. Showing up, putting in the work, and leading by example workout after workout. Now, she’s fulfilling a dream and becoming a coach to pass on that drive to our community. 🔥

Amanda brings a passion for performance training that traces back to her days as a hockey and softball athlete. She combines a demanding mindset with a genuinely caring approach that will teach you, challenge you, and help you raise the bar every session.

Outside the gym, Amanda is a mom of three-under-three and an empowering resource and advocate for moms everywhere. She brings a wealth of knowledge, perspective, and support for moms navigating fitness through every stage of motherhood. Stay tuned for some specialty offerings coming soon 👀

She’s also passionate about helping young athletes build strength, confidence, and the physical tools they need to excel in their sport, using the same motor that made her a multi-sport athlete to develop the next generation of athletes.

This summer, we’re launching structured youth athletic development programs for athletes in Grades 2–12 designed to build strength, confidence, coordination, athleticism, and healthy long-term training habits in a positive, high-energy environment.
