Spring is a great time to detox! 🌿

The days are longer, and our bodies and livers naturally shift into a more active state. Our group detox program offers a connected community experience with Dr. Krete and others with similar health goals. This detox program will include a 2 week detox using the Designs for Health Plant Protein Cleanse that includes 2 detox shakes per day and liver support supplements (2 packets with 4 capsules each, so, no, you will not need to be taking loads of supplements!). The shakes are plant based, gluten, dairy, and sugar free. You will also be eating a clean diet in addition to the shakes, so there’s no going hungry on this detox. This detox program is focused on liver detox, so you will not be running to the bathroom!

Preregistration is required and space is limited! The total cost of the program, including the detox kit and all meetings led by Dr. Krete is $299.
