Summer isn’t quite finished with us yet…

We’re catching the last rays of warm sunshine, the sound of the waves, and those beautiful early September sunsets with two more Sound Baths on the Beach!

✨ September 10 at 6 PM

Please note our NEW TIME: 6 PM! We’re meeting one hour earlier so we can soak in the sunset and finish our sound journey before darkness settles over the beach.

Bring something comfortable to lie on, an extra layer for the evening breeze, and come ready to relax while the waves and instruments create the soundtrack. 🌊🎶

Tonight’s Full Moon Sound Bath on the beach was OFF THE CHARTS. 🌕✨

From the incredible group of people who showed up, to everyone gathered around the Tibetan bowls and gong, this evening felt special from the very beginning.

The sound of the waves blended with the bowls and gong, carrying across the beach and vibrating right through the sand beneath us. And then, as if the evening hadn’t already given us enough… the FULL MOON came out in all her glory. 🌕🤍

And that sky?! Cotton-candy pink, glowing, dreamy and absolutely gorgeous.

This was our BIGGEST beach Sound Bath yet, and truly one of the most beautiful sound experiences I’ve ever had on the beach.

Thank you to every single person who came tonight and brought your energy, intentions and open hearts. YOU made this evening what it was. ✨

And we’re not quite done with the beach yet!

🌕 TONIGHT’S FULL MOON SOUND BATH WILL BE EXTRA SPECIAL 🌊

For this Full Moon evening, we’re changing things up.

Instead of our crystal bowls, we’re bringing our unbelievable Tibetan singing bowl set to the beach, along with the gong and more, creating a deep, powerful sound experience surrounded by the ocean and open sky.

This isn’t our usual beach Sound Bath. It’s a special one for the Full Moon. ✨

🌕 FULL MOON SOUND BATH ON THE BEACH 🌊

Tomorrow, Friday at 7 PM, we invite you to join us for a very special Full Moon Sound Bath on the Beach.

Come prepared to get cozy! Bring an extra blanket, hoodie or warm layers, and something comfortable to lie on. Beach evenings can get chilly, and we want you to settle in and fully enjoy the experience.

Bring an intention in your mind and an open heart, then allow the sounds of the gongs, bowls, and ocean waves to carry you through the evening. ✨

📍 A map showing exactly where we’ll meet is included.
🚗 Parking is FREE.
⏰ We begin promptly at 7 PM, so please arrive a little early to get settled.

Join us for two special September Sound Baths on the Beach as we welcome the beginning of fall with ocean waves, singing bowls and a beautiful September sunset.

We’re keeping our eyes on the weather, and for now it looks like the rain should move through during the day and let up by evening. If that forecast holds, the Sound Bath is ON!

Since the sand may be a little wetter than usual, dress warmly and bring an extra layer or blanket to put underneath you so you can stay cozy and comfortable.

Then settle into the sand, listen to the waves, and join us for a truly special Full Moon Sound Bath on the beach. 🌕🎶

🚨 HAVE YOU SEEN THIS WOMAN? 🚨

She was spotted at Zen Zone last week, and unfortunately… we discovered something concerning.

She’s a mom. A wife. The person who remembers everything, handles everything, plans everything and carries everyone else’s needs on her shoulders.

And somewhere along the way, she forgot to enjoy her own summer. 😳

No relaxing.
No slowing down.
No “what do I feel like doing today?”
Summer was almost over and she realized she barely took a moment for herself.

Luckily, she found Zen Zone just in time. 🌿

First, we put her on the Vibroacoustic Sound Lounge for some much-needed quiet.

Then we sent her into the Zen Salt Cave where, for once, nobody needed anything from her.

And finally? She signed herself up for our Monday 7:30 PM Sound Bath to keep this whole relaxation thing going. ✨

If you’ve seen this woman before… check the mirror. 👀

Summer isn’t quite over yet. And even when it is, taking care of yourself doesn’t have a season.

Come to Zen Zone.
Lie down. Get comfortable. We’ve got the mattress, blankets and sounds waiting.
