May was filled with reminders of why patient experience matters. The most meaningful feedback often comes directly from the people we care for, and their words say a lot about the compassion, professionalism, and attention our team brings to each day.

We are grateful for the kind feedback shared by our patients and caretakers in March.

Their comments spoke to the professionalism, kindness, attentiveness, and communication shown by our team throughout the surgical experience. Patients described feeling “very taken care of,” said the staff was “very attentive,” and noted that the process felt smooth from admission to discharge. Caretakers also shared that the staff was “wonderfully caring,” “friendly, efficient, and professional,” and praised the communication and overall experience.

We appreciate our staff for the care they provide each day, and we are thankful to the patients and families who place their trust in Polaris Surgery Center.

January was a great month at Polaris Surgery Center!

Our patients had a lot to say, and almost all of it was five stars. A few highlights from real patient feedback this month:

What stood out most across the feedback: patients noticed the little things. Staff who took time to explain procedures, nurses who made them feel genuinely cared for, and a clean, comfortable environment made a real difference.

We also heard one practical suggestion we're taking seriously: making gluten-free post-op snack options available for patients with dietary restrictions. Good call - we're on it.
