Thank you to all the wonderful ODs who joined us last night at Mastro’s for our 2nd Fall C.E. Dinner! 🤗

Confirming Andrew’s treatment ☑️

1st step in advanced surface treatment is gently removing the outer layer of the cornea. 🧼👁️

10 second countdown! ⏰ Our surgeons talk you through the entire process.

Smoothing out the treated surface. 🧽

A bandage contact lens is placed and medicated eye drops are instilled. The cells with regenerate within ~48 hours. During this time, the eyes can feel irritated and the vision can be a bit fuzzy. Once the contact lens is remove the vision clears up and continues to improve over a few weeks! 👀😊
