Happy October everyone 💖

Settling into Autumn, really lovely to see colours change 🍁🍂

I'm changing too and have decided to close my business for now

Thanks to everyone who has been through my door for therapies🙏💖 xx

September already! 💖 It's been quite a full on Summer for many! ❤️ Much healing and love is needed just now 🙏💖

- And fun! I am heading to Aqua Zumba at Stonehaven Open Air Swimming Pool, despite the rain 💧🧜‍♀️

🎉 I had a wonderful day on Sunday, with the Granite Holistic Gathering, meeting inspiring therapists and clients 🎉

💖 I am, however, taking September off doing my therapies but will be back in October, if you'd like to book in for then 💖

Frances is up next ✨

I am a Complementary Therapist, exited to be offering Reflexology and Reiki sessions at the Granite Holistic Gathering.

I also offer Aromatherapy, wonderful plant essential oils for health, Therapeutic Massage and emotional support with Australian Bush Flower Essences.

My own health challenges and work in the mental health field lead me to train 26 years ago and I keep learning more and more...

Those I support have found Reflexology, along with Aromatherapy, helpful for auto immune issues, fibromyalgia, lymphatic drainage hormone balancing and menopause.

After Reiki, people describe a letting go and reconnection to themselves in a loving way.

In my home therapy room, in Westhill, I love to create a space where you can relax, feel supported and allow the body, mind and spirit to rebalance and heal 💖
