I interrupt the regular scheduled program to bring you presence. There is nothing more present than a puppy. Poppy has brought me back to myself. Pure clarity, pure sweetness, pure love. What brings you back to innocence?

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about my childhood and the essence of my true nature. It may sound hoakey but I feel like I’m walking toward my true self. Remembering who I really am. What I value. What really matters. My sweetest nature. I like it! What were you like as a kid? Is it still in there? Revisit it, man. It will heal you.

For so long, I’ve been considering posting about finding joy even in the most dire circumstances. I guess this stems from my own experience. The last three years have been so hard, but somehow our family has not only survived, but thrived. It’s really a miracle, isn’t it?

This got me to thinking. People hear enough horrible stuff through the ‘doom scrolling’ , why not provide a break and a little bit of hope?

A few weeks ago, I introduced you to our new puppy, Poppy. She will be a part of this mission because she is all love, light and beautiful sweet energy!

What say you? As an Energy worker and Breathwork Facilitator, I’d like to extend some good vibes. Don’t worry. It won’t all be pixies & rainbows😂
