Recovering after oral surgery? This smooth, creamy smoothie is easy to enjoy and packed with protein and nutrients to support healing.

Ingredients

* 1 banana
* 1 date, pitted
* 1 cup almond milk
* ½ cup kefir
* ½ cup cottage cheese
* ½ cup rolled oats
* 1 cup ice

Directions: Blend all ingredients until completely smooth.
