Today, I’m feeling incredibly grateful.

One year ago, I took a leap of faith and began this chapter of Restore & Rise Wellness — and looking back, I truly can’t put into words how much this year has meant to me.

To every client who has chosen me — thank you. 🤍
Thank you for trusting me with your time, your bodies, and your wellness. Thank you for coming back, for sharing your experiences, for the kind words and positive feedback, and for telling your friends, family, coworkers, and even people in rooms I’m not in about my business. Those referrals and conversations mean more to me than you probably realize.

Every appointment, every conversation, every “I feel so much better,” and every person who walks through my door has played a part in making this first year so incredibly special.

I get to do something I genuinely love every single day — and I never want to take that for granted.

This experience is centered around and exclusive (“Yîara” – Lady of the Water) aromatherapy blend, where bright white grapefruit opens the senses and lifts emotional weight, rosewood brings a soft, skin-nourishing floral depth, and copaiba balsam with warm vanilla ground the body into a calm, steady state. The scent evolves from light and uplifting into warm and comforting, guiding the body from tension into ease.
