One of my favorite things is looking around after class and seeing everyone still hanging out—inside the studio, by the door, or standing in the parking lot way longer than planned 😂—just talking, laughing, and catching up with people they met because of class!

It’s so much more than a workout. It’s friendships, community, and having a place where you genuinely look forward to seeing each other🤍

The after-class chats might just be one of my favorite parts🥹
