It was an absolute pleasure having these outstanding Wayne State University School of Medicine students at Livewell Medical Clinic. They were exemplary in every way—compassionate with our patients, eager to learn, professional, thoughtful, and genuinely dedicated to helping others.

Our patients felt cared for, and our entire staff loved working with them. Knowledge can make someone a good doctor, but kindness, humility, and the ability to truly connect with patients are what make a doctor exceptional. These students already possess those qualities.

Brilliant, compassionate, humble, hardworking — and exactly the kind of physicians you hope the next generation of medicine will produce.

Watching these two grow as students and future physicians has been an absolute privilege. Their clinical knowledge is exceptional, but what impressed us even more was their character: the way they treated patients, supported the people around them, and showed up every day ready to learn and serve.

We’ve had the opportunity to work with many outstanding medical students over the years, but these two truly set the standard.
