Lake day in the Colorado mountains was exactly what I needed. Sun-soaked, dry air, but pure fun.

My Korean Cica Mist kept my skin calm and hydrated, even in the heat, and it layers under and over SPF.

Real skin in real weather. ☀️

Don’t forget to reapply your sunscreen throughout the day.

You can shop the mist on my site along with all your K‑beauty favorites. Link in bio. 🛍️

☀️Summer skin, meet your calm.🍃

Whether you forgot your SPF (it happens!) or just spent a little too long basking in the sun’s glow, our Ice Soothing Gel is your skin’s cooldown companion. Infused with Bioplasma, B-Glucan, and calming botanical extracts like aloe, arnica, and viola flower, it hydrates, soothes, and helps restore your skin’s barrier,
because your glow deserves care, not compromise.

🌺Use it post sun, post shower, or post anytime your skin is feeling warm, stressed, or sensitive.

✨Pro tip: Store it in the fridge for an ultra refreshing after sun ritual. Apply to slightly damp skin and let it absorb fully before the next step for the smoothest ritual.

And of course SPF every day! ☁️ Even cloudy skies can bite.
I carry gorgeous Korean SPF formulas that melt into the skin, no white cast, no excuses…Shop the full summer ritual in my bio. Your skin will thank you later.

How our face evolves depends on what we hold onto.
Stress.
Survival.
Patterns we repeat... or inherited from our ancestors.

The jaw tension.
The tired eyes.
The heaviness in expression.
It all tells a story but it doesn't have to stay that way.

For me, working on evolving my face, skin and energy has looked like:
🌹 Naturalness (Earth)
Returning to your natural state. Reconnecting to your body. Feeling grounded and steady in your skin.

💨 Discernment (Air)
The clarity to see what belongs to you... and what doesn't. Cutting through noise. Reclaiming energetic boundaries. Knowing what's mine and what isn't. Who's aligned, who's not.

🌊 Magnetism (Water)
When your energy stabilizes, you draw the right people and opportunities toward you. No forcing, no chasing.

🔥 Revolution (Fire)
The quiet (or loud) overthrow of old patterns. You stop living in survival and live as your true self.

This journey isn't linear. It's layered, messy, and powerful... but the glow is worth it.

Some people mistake reflection for weakness but real power is knowing the story your face carries... and choosing how the next chapter looks.

Moving slower these days. 🐢 Not because I’ve lost momentum but because I finally understand how much my body and nervous system have carried.

It took stepping away from my facial studio and choosing to move in a new direction, after pouring so much of myself into that space to finally see it. The constant hustle. The masks I wore… mom, partner, daughter, sister, entrepreneur, esthetician, helper, student, teacher, overachiever, the strong one, perfectionist, people-pleaser.

Some of those roles are still part of my life and meaningful to me. But somewhere along the way, they became masks. They took over my identity. And the others like people-pleasing and overachieving were never really me at all. They were survival.

Now, I’m choosing to meet the version of me that exists underneath all of it. The version that was buried under expectation, pressure, and constant doing.

The truth is, I didn’t always have the space or the privilege to slow down. Survival doesn’t leave much room for that. But now, for the first time in a long time, I’m in a place where I can finally breathe, nourish, rebuild, and reconnect with myself and not just the masks.

My online shop is still open, and I have beautiful content and offerings that will be shared in time. But right now, I’m learning how to do this differently. No more burning myself out to prove anything. No more deadlines. Just building with steadiness, at my own pace.

Thank you for being here. 🤍
