Since Luca came into my life, I’ve learned to embrace slowing down. I’m savoring the present, making a mental memory album of the small joys like smelling flowers or counting stars (and trying to find the “moo” every night🌕). My phone often goes on ‘Do Not Disturb’ mode, and I’m extending that mindfulness to my family time too. With another little one on the way and Luca turning 2 soon, I’m aware of how quickly these years fly by, and I’m determined not to miss the little moments.
