Monday / Tuesday Lunch Special ✨

To start the week off we pulled out the panini press for our first feature, a Ham Apple Cheddar Panini, featuring bread from none other than the amazing Tammy from Simply Sourdough. The panini also features slowly caramelized onions, arugula, smoked cheddar, sliced ham, honey crisp apples in an apple cider glaze, and a dijonaise spread to tie it all together.

The soup is a vegan Tuscan Vegetable and Farro, so come check us out for lunch!

Friday / Saturday lunch special ✨

Today we are ending the week with an old favorite. We have our Blackened Swordfish Sandwich, and it's the same as it's always been. Featuring a cracked wheat bun, avocado, pickled red onions, house-made sriracha mayo, and local pea shoots from our friends at GrowOV! All of that paired with our 8 ounce blackened swordfish makes for an unforgettable sandwich that won't be around for long. 🗡️🐟

The soup is no slouch either, a flavor packed Coconut Lime Shrimp Soup that is pescatarian and a great pairing with the sandwich. 🥥 🍋‍🟩 🍤

Wednesday / Thursday Lunch Special ✨

Today for a feature we have a Sesame Crunch Noodle Bowl, and it has just about everything in it. Fresh mint and cilantro are tossed with buckwheat soba noodles which itself is then tossed in our house-made tahini sesame dressing. Then come all the veggies… Shaved cabbage and carrots and a mix of nardello and pepperoncini pickled peppers. That is topped with crispy fried tofu bites, wonton strips and green onions with sesame seeds.

The soup is a vegan Curried Coconut Vegetable Soup packed with fresh local veggies and tons of flavor. Come check it out for lunch today and tomorrow at the Market!

Monday / Tuesday Lunch Special ✨

Today we decided to start the week off with a twist on an American classic. We took the traditional Italian Beef from Chicago and threw some havarti cheese and wilted escarole on there to make what we are calling an Italian Beef-ish. We also have a house-made deli dip(served on the side for dipping!), giardinera and the thinly sliced roast beef on a Mancini's stick bun.

We paired that with a White Bean, Escarole and Parmesan Soup, and they go great together. Hope to see everyone for lunch!

For the end of this week we have a feature I'm borrowing from the shores of Connecticut. It is called a Poor Man's Lobster Roll, featuring monkfish, which is local to the northeastern seas. Served on a Parisian roll, it's the monkfish salad with shaved celery and pickled red onions.

The soup is a vegan Mushroom, Potato and Leek, perfect for this not so hot Friday.

Hello again! Robin here with another glimpse of what we have coming into the Market. We’re living in some wild times, and even something as simple as buying food can feel a little scary right now. We’re very excited to be able to supply safe, local, and organic options to the good people of the Ohio Valley.
I will try to keep this as short as I can, but I type like I talk and if you know me you know it's alot!

🥬**Butterfarm** is here with lettuce, kale, tomatoes, and TWO varieties of zucchini! Everything you need for a fresh, local, stress-free salad.

🍗 **Cross Roads Farm Roads Farm** has stocked up our freezers with all your chicken needs! Definitely check out the plethora of sausage varieties when you visit. Dont sleep on those maple chicken patties.

🥯 **Sosimplysourdough** has all her organic bagels, original loaves, sliced loaves, AND a special guest appearance from some flavor-infused loaves!

🥛 **Frankferd Farms Foods, Inc.** delivered last night, so the dairy case is looking extra good! Hartzler cream-top milk, Alpine Heritage cheeses, and Minerva Dairy butter are all just waiting for their forever home.

🥚 **The Blended Homestead** just arrived with fresh chicken eggs this morning! We have both dozens and 18-packs available. Pro tip- grab some peppers while their in season and omeltte it up for the perfect little protein packed breakfast.
