If you are stuck in a weight training rutt, and not getting the results you are looking for, more than likely, you need to mix in some high intensity work. METCONS and HIIT workouts challenge the body on a different level, shocking the muscles and improving cardio output as well as recovery. Here's an interesting article that answers many questions. 2. Squat Tabata with or without weight. Squat jumps for high intensity
1 -2 min rest
3. Pushup Tabata
1 min rest
3. Burpee Tabata
1-2 min rest
4. Plank up down Tabata

5 laps.100 squats.100 overhead walking lunges. 5 min wall sits. 100 kettlebell swings. 3-4 rounds weight circuit. Abs. DONE!
