The main and predominate faith in the Ukraine is Eastern Orthodox Christianity. There may be many Orthodox churches that may well be destroyed in the coming days or weeks. In alignment with the innocent and brave people of this country and the fear that they must be facing right now, I offer this painting in prayer and hope it brings some comfort. Faith is what one holds on to in times of darkness. Whatever faith you hold, prayer ripples through the ethers and touches those we do not know in ways we cannot imagine....no matter what the seeming reality. There will be many lives lost, but this will be bring about the end of this Aggressors reign....that I know and can predict for sure.

Had a realization. Achieving tranquility in any situation, starting from peaceful environment to finding tranquility while under pressure, during practice and life. Taijiquan (a symbol of improving life) helps us build this in different levels. Again trying to keep it simple.

Contrary to popular superstition, there are no 'evil' people in this world, only those who are absolutely certain that their vision and version of reality is singularly correct, and who are totally unwilling to open up to possibility, to meet others in vulnerable intimacy and joyful, courageous doubt.

'Evil' is simply tunnel vision, a painful constriction and rejection of the flowing wholeness of life, a forgetting of our true nature as vastness and capacity and the total absence of a separate and solid 'person'. It is a fearful holding-on to stories and opinions rather than a expansive letting-go into the liberated ocean of consciousness.

There are no 'evil people' in this world, only those who secretly live in fear of life and who act out of that fear.

EVIL is simply LIVE, backwards. Backwards living.

This recognition is the basis for great compassion for those who we rush to judge and label as 'evil'.
